The significant presence of locations unknown to most people reasserts the vastness of our planet and the inexhaustible possibilities of analysis which it demands. Therefore, it is necessary to stop and consider what ALREADY EXISTS. Perhaps this is the best way to make progress.
The abundance of ideas which Nicolini obtains from reality also explains why he avoids digital manipulation of the subjects he photographs. He simply does not need such technique in order to create images that surprise while revealing.
